Unlike many other fitness applications mypersonaltrainer focuses on the nutrition side of getting in shape, given body transformations are 90% in the kitchen and 10% in the gym. The meal plans generated are simple to follow and provide the user with options, and allows for a "treat" each and every day. Different diet types are supported, including vegan and vegetarian.
The mypersonaltrainer app produces highly tailored meal and workout plans based upon user measurements and specific fitness based goals. Users check-in weekly to update their specific measurements and goals, guided by the artificial intelligence built into the application. Users are motivated through the mypersonaltrainer social network, allowing users to follow and motivate others trying to reach their fitness goals.
Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated. Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.
